Romantic Miami Wedding at Villa Woodbine — DIPP Photography

This romantic wedding day at Villa Woodbine with Gretchen & Spencer was nothing short of amazing!! Capturing the love shared between passionate couples is where my heart lays and this bride and groom is no exception!

Gretchen and Spencer are so loving with one another that their passion shined through every single moment of their wedding day. When their big date came, the weather in Miami called for rain - yikes! But we were so lucky throughout the entire day, that the forecast went from rain, light sprinkles.

My bride and groom's wedding reception was held at Villa Woodbine in Miami, which is a gorgeous Mediterranean-style open-air wedding venue. Having worked there before, it was so much fun to be back at Villa Woodbine with Gretchen and Spencer! If you haven’t had the pleasure of attending a wedding at Villa Woodbine then you are going to get to have the chance to take a peek inside through the photos from Gretchen & Spencer’s wedding day! The beautiful loggias at the venue were the perfect location to capture some of Gretchen’s bridal portraits. Her romantic, mermaid style, off-the-shoulder wedding dress, had a gorgeous long train full of lace detail. To capture all of the gorgeous details and textures of her wedding dress in one shot, I positioned her on the balcony with the train of her dress softly cascading down the tiled steps behind her.

Gretchen and Spencer said I do at St. Kieran Catholic Church in Miami. When Gretchen was escorted through the doors of the church, she had an epic veil moment, with her cathedral-length mantilla veil floating behind her. Throughout the ceremony, Gretchen and Spencer held hands as they prayed over their marriage, and exchanged their beautiful warm smiles with one another.
