Miami Engagement Photographer

As a Miami engagement photographer, I love how the unique landscape of the city has so many tucked-away spaces to curate a gorgeous collection of photos for your engagement shoot!

Renee is originally from Miami but relocated to Korea, where she found the love of her life. Needless to say, she opted to stay in Korea to be with her person, GB. However, once they became engaged, she knew she wanted to travel back home to Miami to celebrate the moment. Opting to capture their engagement photos in Miami allowed Renee to celebrate her Cuban roots while showing GB the city she calls home. I am beyond honored that they chose me as their Miami engagement photographer, and I knew that this session had to be something truly exceptional.

During our time together, we spent Renee and GB’s session walking around the immaculate grounds of their gorgeous hotel. There were open-air art installations, beautiful stone walkways, and a pool deck (with cabanas!) that we had all to ourselves. The sun was shining through the towering palm trees and with the expectation of a few lone clouds that straggled by, the sky was like a scene from a postcard.

The hotel was in close proximity to the beach, so Renee and GB kicked off their shoes and we made our way down to the shore. Where the sand meets the sea, they walk hand in hand kicking waves, smiling, and delighting in each other's company. All too often, once couples become engaged, they tend to feel the pressure of wedding planning preparations, making it a race to the altar.
