Deering Estate Wedding Cost
Your total Deering Estate wedding cost will depend on a variety of factors. Including the time of year you choose to host your wedding, the total number of guests in attendance, and whether you will be hosting a full wedding day celebration or a ceremony-only experience. However, Deering Estate wedding cost can fluctuate - from an intimate ceremony-only priced at $4600 to a full wedding day reception with up to 200 guests, priced around $10,000.

Deering Estate Wedding Ceremony & Reception
For a Deering Estate wedding ceremony & reception experience, the total base cost for each available space is detailed below.
Historical Grounds rental fee | $7500
This fee includes the use of the main area of the grounds from 5 pm to 11 pm. You will be provided with access to the grand lawn, courtyard, royal palm grove, the tea house, and mango grove. This rate is discounted by 25% for weddings that take place June through August, or weekday weddings through the remainder of the year from Monday through Thursday.
Historical Stone House (add-on) rental fee | $3500
This fee includes the use of the first floor of the stone house for two hours for your ceremony or cocktail hour occurring from the hours of 5 pm to 11 pm. For a wedding ceremony, the total capacity of the Historical Stone House is 80 guests, or 60 guests when holiday decorations are installed. For your cocktail hour or cocktail reception, the total capacity of the Historical Stone House is 150 guests.
The above base rental fees are for the Historical Grounds & the Historical Stone House is for up to 125 guests. For a guest count of over 125, an additional $15 fee per guest will be applied. Lastly, a catering permit fee of $5 will be applied per person regardless of guest count.
