Secret Gardens Miami Quinceañera Photos | Sophie
Sweet Sophie is celebrating her Quinceañera! It was such an honor to shoot these photos for her and capture this special moment in her life.
We began the shoot by meeting at Secret Gardens in Miami. It’s a beautiful venue with waterfalls, crystal clear waters, tropical fish ponds, lagoons, and tropical foliage! Basically, the perfect place for a Quinceañera photo shoot in Miami. Sophie had three unique looks when we shot at Secret Gardens in Miami. A gorgeous full ball gown, with a gold embroidered bodice & floral embellishments, paired with a tiara. A bright blue flowy maxi dress with a matching floral crown. And a fun one-shouldered pastel purple bathing suit! She totally rocked every single look. Each photo was beautiful in its own way and worked to show off her fun personality.
After we shot at the Secret Gardens Miami, we still had two looks in two different locations, to capture! One of Sophie's hobbies is playing soccer. So she went from ultra-glam to a soccer jersey in no time! She loves to dress up, but she has a sporty side too. I thought it was so important that we were able to show off both sides of her personality during the shoot.
Sophies’ final moment in front of the camera happened in the moonlit streets of Brickell. She had one last gown to wear! It was a black sparkly spaghetti strap dress with a thigh-high split. It looked so gorgeous, glittering in the streets of Miami. I found a few different spots nearby for her to pose in before we wrapped the shoot. And one of the shots included a fun smoke bomb as a prop. Scroll through the photos below to see each moment of Sophie’s Quinceañera photoshoot!

Izzy's Miami Quinceanera Photos at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens
Izzy’s Miami Quinceanera photos at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens were glammed-out and so much fun!
Izzy is actually my best friend's goddaughter, and I was so excited when her family reached out to me to capture her quince photos and her upcoming party! She was so easygoing to work with and she had a blast during the entire shoot! I think when you see her photos in the blog below, you’ll agree with me when I say that the camera absolutely loves her! Every shot was just as gorgeous as the next. In fact, I had a hard time deciding which photos to share here!
We met at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens for her session and worked with a total of three looks. The first look was a fun take on streetwear that had a little bit of a retro vibe to it with a polka dot skirt. To play up the streetwear angle, Izzy added in a Chanel shopping bag to give it a cute realistic touch.
The other two looks were full glam formal looks that included a beautiful blue corseted gown with gold leaf detail, and a blush-colored princess-style ball gown! Both looks were beyond beautiful. We’ve been dying to share some photos from her shoot on our Instagram account, but her dress was being kept top secret until her party! Scroll through the blog below to see!

Are you getting ready to celebrate your Quinceanera with a photoshoot in Miami? Read this!!!
A quinceanera celebration is a huge rite of passage in Latin cultures. It represents a young woman being ushered into the next phase of her life and being escorted there by her friends and family.
Some families choose to this through their faith and some with an elaborate celebration, but the common thread they all share is that they document the occasion through Photography.
Having a Quinceanera photoshoot in Miami can be just as big a production as bridal portraiture! Today’s blog post celebrates Serenity’s Quinceanera!!
Serenity is a super confident girl who rocked her entire quinceanera photoshoot, we worked together at two different venues to capture the occasion and I can’t wait for you to see all the goodness below!
For our first venue, we shot inside Little River Studios in Miami. Little River Studios is a production style location with multiple staged backdrops that work to easily change the theme or feel of your photoshoot! I was able to pose Serenity in the ‘Cape Cod House’ the ‘Greenhouse’ and the ‘Greek Set’. Serenity came ready for the day with multiple outfits, jewelry, hats, and of course a tiara! She also switched up her hairstyles to match each of her looks.
For our second venue, we headed over to Secret Gardens Miami. If you are looking to add a tropical oasis vibe to your Miam Quinceanera photos, this is the place to be! Secret Gardens Miami had heaps of florals (another photoshoot must!) a waterfall, a canoe, and a lush greenery landscape all around us!
